Business Process, Supporting Procedures and Enabling Tools (CM II).
The Supporting Procedures describe how the requirements of the Business Process are managed using the supporting software tools. There is e.g. a supporting procedure for cost calculation, which is executed at different phases in the business process. Costs are calculated during the during the development of a technology in the innovation phase, then in the quotation phase, and in the product development phase after significant changes. Even during the serial production cost calculations are executed after changes of customer requirements.
